Downstairs bathrooms often get overlooked — tucked away, compact, and seen as purely functional. But at SBX ECO CONSTRUCTION, we believe every space deserves beauty and intention. That’s exactly what we brought to this stunning full remodel on Brookburn Drive in San Diego, CA.

What was once a dated, dark room is now a fresh, modern sanctuary. The transformation began with a brand-new vanity, mirror, and vanity light, designed with clean lines and timeless elegance. A floating shelf above the toilet adds both function and design flair, while the new toilet ties the look together with simplicity and style.

We added a half-wall of tile behind the vanity and toilet area — a subtle architectural detail that brings texture and depth to the space. The hexagon floor tile adds a playful, modern touch, grounding the design with personality and pattern.

But the real showstopper is the shower.

We wrapped all three shower walls in textured tile, creating an immersive, spa-like experience. On the floor, we installed natural rock tile, which adds a stunning, organic feel underfoot. A custom built-in bench provides comfort and style, and we finished it all off with a sleek, elegant glass shower door.

Throughout the bathroom, we used black finishes — from the shower faucet to the sink faucet — giving the space a bold, modern edge that ties everything together.
